Description:
SaskPower is preparing to initiate competitive solicitation for Engineering, Procurement and Contract Management (EPCM) for SaskPower's Coal Life Extension Powerhouse Project. The competition is planned to start with a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) phase to qualify respondents to participate in a subsequent closed Request for Proposal (RFP) process. SaskPower is targeting the competition to open with RFSQ issuance in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026. Proponents will be evaluated and those who qualify will be included in the closed Request for Proposals (RFP) set to be issued in the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
