Project Description : Advance Contract Award Notice - Blood Chemistry AnalyzerTo Contract with NanoView Biosciences to purchase a Exoview R200 Automated ImagerWe require an instrument for the quantification, size-determination and phenotype analysis (based on protein markers) of extracellular vesicles as small as 30 nm, in biological samples available in limited amounts (cerebrospinal fluid, conditioned medium, etc.). We also require an instrument that allows us to identify EV subpopulations with distinct cargo protein and marker composition, without the need for re-isolating the EVs at each step of the immunolabelling procedures, which would lead to unacceptable sample losses and interference from co-isolating antibody aggregates and/or detergent micelles.The requested ExoView R200 automated imager is the only instrument currently available on the market that allows to do all this at the same time, without any sample loss. Specifically:- No other system offers the ability to immobilize EV particles on a microchip so that particles can be stained with up to 4 different labels (antibodies) without the need to re-isolate EVs at each step and without sample losses, and at the same time quantified, sized and phenotypically analyzed (presence of different markers), all from the same sample.
