Description:
The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) wishes to enter into a contract with Waters Ltd. for the purpose of remote support, on-site service and annual preventative maintenance of one (1) Autopure preparative Liquid Chromatograph (LC) system, one (1) G2 Synapt mass spectrometer and two (2) software and computer hardware systems used to control the instruments and process data. The term of this proposed contract is three (3) years. The total value of this contract will not exceed $367,563.60 (inclusive of applicable taxes). The following documentation must be provided to support your Statement of Capabilities: 1. Please provide written, authenticated copies of your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) current and valid certifications for providing maintenance on the following equipment: G2 Synapt mass spectrometer consisting of: • One (1) G2 Synapt mass spectrometer • Two (2) MassLynx computers (hardware and software support) Waters Autopure system consisting of: • Two (2) model 515 pumps • One (1) model 2424 Evaporative Light Scattering (ELS) detector • One (1) model 2667 Fraction collector/sample injector • One (1) model 2535 Quaternary gradient manager • One (1) MassLynx computers (hardware and software support) 2. Please provide a list of the required training completed in order to obtain these certifications.
