Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ONLY (ASO) FOR EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS & LONG-TERM DISABILITY, EMPLOYEE & FAMILY ASSISTANCE PLAN (EFAP): . Manitoba Hydro's objectives for the sourcing of the Plan administration are: Competitive administration costs; Ensure Manitoba Hydro's claims are paid accurately by having robust and documented quality control, audit and fraud prevention procedures; Leverage technology to reduce manual processes, administrative labour and speed claim processing; Ease of coordination of benefits (basic and complex); and, End-user satisfaction.
