The plan financial structure is Administrative Services Only (ASO) which means the plans are self- insured and that PSPC pays a fee to the plan insurers to adjudicate and reimburse claims. CBO currently collects monthly employee group insurance premiums from approximately 100 former employees. No new members are joining the plan and the number of members will decline annually as projected below until all members Group Insurance eligibility expires at age 65.
