- The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (“RDOS”) is seeking a qualified and certified financial service institution to serve as the organization-s primary banker which shall provide a comprehensive suite of corporate banking products and services as outlined in this RFP.
The RDOS is also requesting proposals for a corporate purchasing card program which shall be evaluated separately from the banking services and may ultimately be awarded to a financial institution other than the banker.
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen is a regional government providing services to a population of approximately 82,000 citizens. The 2023 operating and capital budgets total $75 million in expenditures.
