Description:
Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Tuesday January 28th, 2025. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing. The work consists of replacement of the thermal, air and waterproofing barrier of the roof section. Demolition of existing materials, flashings, parapets and cladding to the soffit on building faces or adjacent roof sections. Recladding the newly framed parapet walls along perimeter with new cladding and cap flashings. Coordination with existing mechanical condenser and roof seated gas line are also included. There is an optional site visit scheduled for Tuesday January 14th at 3:45pm at Aden Bowman Collegiate. Questions about the tender should be directed to eithan.pillipow@kaa.ca. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
