- The intent of this ITT is to obtain bids from bidders to complete the Addition of 5 Classrooms at École Élémentaire Catholique Saint-Viateur Limoges. Address: 205 Limoges Rd, Limoges, ON K0A 2M0 for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2008 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all ITT Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the “Contract”).Phase one (1) contract work is to commence January 30, 2024 with new toilets and Phase two (2) exterior contract work is to commence no later than March 15, 2024 with a conclusion date no later than December 31, 2024.A MANDATORY inspection of the existing site and premise : November 28th , 2023 - 3:00 PM.
