Description:
WSA intends to engage an engineering consultant to complete the detailed design for the remediation of Adams Lake Dam B to safely raise the reservoir level of Adams Lake to its originally designed full supply level in the simplest and most cost-effective manner that allows for controlled reservoir releases. Summarized at a high level, the scope of Phase 1 includes: Pre-design investigations, such as confirming the repairs required for the wood stave culvert low-level outlet and the corrugated steel pipe drop inlet and the upgrades (if necessary) to site access for construction; Provision of drawings and specifications; and Procurement and permitting support. Potential future items in Phase 2 are anticipated to be included in the scope of work, including but not limited to: Tendering support; Office and field-based construction support and services; and Provision of as-built drawings and turnover package.
