- VIA Rail requires ad hoc consulting services on an as-needed basis. VIA intends to prequalify highly experienced suppliers for its requirements, in the following four (4) categories:1) Category A : Corporate Strategy2) Category B : Financial services3) Category C: Project management4) Category D : Sustainability and environmental managementThe Tenderer can submit its tender proposal for one or more categories.A Tenderer can be selected for one or more categories, or various Tenderers can be selected for the same category.Mandatory Requirement Details:1. Official Languages:Tenderer must be able to provide and deliver all the services specified in Part B, Appendix A, to VIA in both Canada's official languages (oral and in written, including all communications, presentations, reports and other documents).2. Experience:- Category AThe Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of Category A: Corporate Strategy.- Category BThe Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of Category B: Financial services.- Category CThe Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of Category C: Project Management.- Category DThe Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of Category D: Sustainability and Environmental Management.3.
