Detailed_Description : The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) is seeking qualified vendors with expertise in land use planning dispute mediation, expropriation, land compensation, municipal finance, and other related matters.
Scope of Work : The OLT requires the services of up to ten (10) vendors to mediate land use planning related disputes (OLT cases) that it identifies as having the potential for settlement or where mediation may assist in narrowing issues.Vendors will facilitate discussions between parties with the goal of negotiating resolutions to disputes. Vendor tasks will include but are not limited to conducting mediation assessments, chairing mediation sessions between parties, recording official mediation discussions, following up with parties to discuss settlement, and producing a final mediation agreement/report that formally concludes the mediation process.Mediation services will be required as of January 1, 2026. Mediation sessions and related meetings may take place online/remotely or in-person. In-person mediation sessions and related meetings may take place at OLT Offices (currently located at 655 Bay St, Toronto, ON) or if necessary, at off-site locations within Ontario.
