- Scope of work includes upgrading accessibility and security of doors on the 19th and 20th floor of the Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) office. The contractor is to provide all labour, materials, and equipment related to the removal of existing accessibility and security card readers and preparation of new card readers to be installed, wiring for automatic door openers, patching and re-finishing of walls where required, and removal and replacement of existing door locks. Further details are noted in attachment 3A. Contractor is required to utilize security company ADSS for installation of new card readers as noted in attachment 3A.Please refer to Attachment 03 - List of Specifications & Drawings for more information.
