Description : Purpose and Objectives To engage a vendor to inspect and maintain OEB's access card and DSC monitoring system. Scope of Work and Requirements Services and Deliverables The successful Vendor will provide the following services and Deliverables: Emergency service calls and labor to perform repairs during and after normal business hours (24-hour coverage) Loaner equipment shall be provided at no additional charge while equipment is being serviced or repaired, if available One session per year of on-site training based on a mutually determined schedule (2Hrs. Max) Parts Coverage: Parts coverage should be included. Defective equipment must be immediately replaced with spare parts or brand new. Defective equipment should not be billed.
