Description : SFU has a requirement for a standalone closed-cycle cryostat containing eight fiber-coupled superconducting nanowire detectors. It is SFU-s intention to award a contract for this source to ID Quantique SA This purchase is part of the Silicon Quantum Leap: Tools for Building a Universal Quantum Computer by Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) and the BC provincial government. As of the issuing date of this ACAN an application for the funds has been approved. All purchases pertaining to this research project are subject to availability of funds associated with this project. An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that SFU intends to award a contract for goods, services, or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities.
