SFU has a requirement for a Research Intelligence Risk SaaS software platform to identify, manage, and visualize research security risks related to partnerships and research activities with foreign entities.It is SFU-s intention to award a contract for this source to Strider Technologies Inc.All purchases pertaining to this research project are subject to availability of funds associated with this project.An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that SFU intends to award a contract for goods, services, or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the submission deadline stated in the ACAN, SFU may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. If other potential suppliers submit Statements of Capabilities during the posting period, and meet the requirements set out in this ACAN, SFU may proceed to a Request for Proposal process.
