- This Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating the intent of the City of Ottawa to award a contract for Para Transpo Door-to-Door Taxi Transit Services to Para Logistics Ltd., thereby allowing other suppliers to advise of their interest in bidding by submitting a statement of capabilities prior to the closing date specified herein. The City has conducted a preliminary market assessment and given the restricted parties, and the timing of the work required the City has determined that Para Logistics Ltd. is the only available and qualified vendor to provide this scope of work.
