- This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) intends to award a service contract to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no supplier submits, a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in this ACAN, the Contracting Officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier.
REQUIREMENT:
The Contractor shall carry out a Comprehensive plant metabolome analysis (amine/phenol, acid, hydroxyl and carbonyl channels) on 120 samples of Chickpea plants, for the Swift Current Research and Development Centre (RDC).
SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:
The Contractor shall provide:
-A comprehensive plant metabolome analysis (amine/phenol, acid, hydroxyl and carbonyl channels) on 120 samples of Chickpea plants provided by AAFC, Swift Current's experiment considering different soil condition (in which chickpea that were either healthy or un-healthy, potentially suffering from an emerging health issue grew in the 2023 field season) from Redvers, Saskatchewan and different water stress (well watered, mild drought and severe drought) as treatments.
-Analysis that includes sample preparation, CIL, sample analysis, data analysis, metabolite ID and statistical analysis including PCA, PLS-DA, Volcano ... - Documents:
