- This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) intends to award a service contract to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no supplier submits, a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in this ACAN, the Contracting Officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier.
REQUIREMENT:
The Lethbridge Research & Development Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta requires Building Control System Maintenance to an existing Siemen-s Controls System. The system consists of a server which runs a Desigo Software program and a BLN/Ethernet Network which operates PMX and TEC Panels and Expansion Boards.
SERVICES REQUIRED:
The contractor will be required to provide :
a)On Call Service during ‘regular working hours-
b)On-site Maintenance Service which will include but is not limited to :
i)Custom programming and application services
ii)Software and hardware services
iii)Central system services and minor system upgrades
c)Emergency service outside ‘regular working hours-
d)Equipment installation and decommissioning
e)Panel Replacements
f)Technical Support
g)Training
Scheduled Maintenance:
a)Quarterly preventative maintenance(PM) visits
