Amendment 1
Under “Requirements”, add the following additional work:
Initial Period:
1)DNA extraction from wheat and oat leaf for a total of 25 plates (96 samples per plate)
2)Perform HT genotyping on 20 plates (96 samples per plate) of oat samples using the 7k v2 array,
3)Perform HT genotyping on 5 plates (96 samples per plate) of wheat DNA samples with Wheat 25K Array.
4)Perform post-processing data manipulation so that the end product is a genotypic data matrix suitable for downstream genetic analysis.
Provide one or more of the following services in Option Year 1 and 2, if required:
•DNA extraction from wheat or oat or barley leaf for up to 45 plates (96 samples per plate)
•Perform HT genotyping on up to 15 plates (96 samples per plate) of oat samples using the 7k v2 array,
•Perform HT genotyping on up to 15 plates (96 samples per plate) of wheat DNA samples with Wheat 25K Array.
•Perform HT genotyping on up to 15 plates (96 samples per plate) of wheat DNA samples with Wheat 7K Array.
•Perform HT genotyping on up to 15 plates (96 samples per plate) of barley DNA samples with Barley 15K Array.
•Perform HT genotyping on up to 15 plates (96 samples per plate) of barley DNA samples with Barley 4K Array.
•Perform post-processing data manipulation so that the end product is a genotypic data matrix suitable for downstream genetic analysis.
