Description:
The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete retrofits/upgrades to the exiting ventilation/air conditioning system in Hopedale at the Assembly building and DHSD Dental Clinic. The works proposed under this Contract generally includes:• The installation of new DX mini spits system and associated piping, electrical and controls• Demolition of existing mini split system• Cutting and patching as required.Tender Security of 10% of the Total Price will be required.The Tender will be evaluated on the principle of value for money, which includes an evaluation of Inuit content and application of the Inuit content factor as required under the Procurement Act.Contractors must be familiar with general construction methods as well as provincial, federal and Inuit laws and regulations.The lowest-cost or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this tendering process at any time.
