Call For Tenders for Construction Services Tender No. PT-2025-LCLP-127- Aberfoyle Bus Facility Bus Wash Roof Restoration Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for PT-2025-LCLP-127- Aberfoyle Bus Facility Bus Wash Roof Restoration.Work includes but not limited to: Work staging coordination with facility staff; Onsite conflict check and submission of work plans; Deactivation of existing mechanical and electrical services power, Design and install shoring, needling, and associated bracing Surface preparation for existing structural steel roof framing c/w 7 columns, OWSJ, metal deck and associated miscellaneous steel elements to be painted and welded Perform localized mechanical and electrical service removal, re- routing and reinstatement. Perform localized removal, relocation and reinstatement of designated building equipment and fixtures Remove corroded exist angle bridging and replace with new L 76x76x7.9. Reinforce diagonals using 19 ⌀ round steel bars. Reinforce exist metal deck using slipped in new HSS 38x38x4.8 Weld new 19 ⌀ round steel bars, min fy=250 mpa, to top and bottom chords of OWSJ Paint on existing open web steel joists (OWSJs) and roof deck structure Paint on existing W-flange columns and column bracing Weld inspection shall be performed by a CWB certified inspector as approved by the Contract Administrator.
