Notice is hereby given that the Provincial Health Services Authority acting on its own behalf, and as agent for each of the Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (including in this instance Providence Health Care) and Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Collectively the "Health Authorities"), intends to direct award a contract to SOUTHMEDIC INC to provide Proprietary Abdominal Access Systems and Gel Advanced Access Platforms for all the Health Authorities facilities for term of 5 years and option of extension for 2 years.
