Description:
The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables. BC Housing is seeking a general contractor to conduct Hazardous Materials Abatement, Selective Demolition, and Renovation of an existing building to convert it from an office building into a 40-bed temporary shelter under VBBL code in Vancouver, BC. For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be: Derek Chen, Supply Chain Management dechen@bchousing.org All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
