Following the advice of the Provincial Health Officer and in support of the established social distancing practices, the Selkirk Natural Resource Office will no longer be providing in-person public service.

Take notice that, pursuant to Section 20 of the Forest Act, Timber Sale Licence A94097 is being offered for sale by the BC Timber Sales Kootenay Business Area. Tenders will only be accepted from individuals or corporations registered as a BC Timber Sales enterprise in Category 1 and 2 under the BC Timber Sales Regulation.
Please note, this TSL is part of a pilot of the Forest Professional Oversight and Certification (FPOC) model being examined by BC Timber Sales as a method for ensuring that Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP) commitments are achieved. As such, the successful bidder will be required to submit a conformance certificate that confirms that primary forest activities conducted under this TSL are consistent with the applicable FSP commitments.
