Detailed_Description : Supply Ontario (SO) is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to establish a single-vendor, Vendor of Record arrangement for a cloud-based Standardized Business Solution (“Solution”). The Solution will provide a standardized Solution that integrates Human Capital Management, Financial Management, and Inventory Management, in a unified, modular software platform designed to streamline and automate core business processes across these three critical domains. A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is expected to provide one single standardize multi-tenant Solution with the same standardized configuration for multiple organizations.
Scope of Work : The Solution will streamline and modernize Human Capital Management, Financial Management, and Inventory Management. The standardized Solution will include but is not limited to: Managed Service Provider Services All implementation components Project Management Change Management Communication Discovery and Business Analysis Design of Standard Configuration Data migration to fully support Solution functionality according to standard business practices. Systems interfaces and integration as required. Training Testing Move to production. Upgrades, patches, maintenance, warranty, etc
