- Sigfusson Northern Ltd. (SNL) invites your company to submit a tender for the work described in these documents. SNL on behalf of the Owner is the Construction Manager (CM) for the Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home. The intent of this tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Subcontractors for thefollowing scopes of work: - TP 1.1A Cast-in-Place Concrete FoundationBids are to be submitted to the Construction Manager by email at Bids@sigfusson.ca before 2:00pm on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025. Bids must be submitted in their entirety on or before the submission deadline.Project drawings,specifications, and tender documents were previously issued in Tender Package TP-1, which has now closed. However, all amendments from that tender period are included in this tender as well. Notably, Amendment #3 reissued the complete structural drawing package with revisions clouded. Bidders mustreview all documents included in this tender to ensure compliance.PLEASE NOTE: The Construction Manager intends on submitting a bid for this scope of work, however, to ensure a fair opportunity for all bidders, the Construction Manager is required to submit their bid to the Prime Consultant's officeat least 2 days prior to the closing date.
