The City of Edmonton (the “City”) is requesting information from interested parties for the supply of a software solution that can run our branch operations spanning many departments covering the areas of functionality including, facility bookings (many facilities & cross functional), program registration, membership sales & scanning,inventory management, POS solution, facility access, ecommerce web portal, subsidised program management, golf course operations (teesheet, POS, online bookings). The purpose of issuing this Sourcing Event is to: - determine the level of market interest;- obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches;- obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurement opportunity for this project;- obtain high level cost estimates for budget purposes; and- provide industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
