Tender are invited for The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) plays a vital role in conveying objective and neutral energy information to Canadians for knowledge, research and decision-making, as well as providing them with community and region-specific infrastructure information. Currently, the CER understands environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics as indicators of non-financial risks that are material to stakeholders and capture a more complete and transparent picture of the risks to a firm. The CER recognizes that the incorporation of ESG metrics has become increasingly integrated not only in capital markets and investment decisions, but also in government policies. As well, the CER recognizes that there is an information gap on ESG-related issues between companies on the one hand, and investors and the public on the other. The CER is looking for a service provider to provide the service.
