Description : The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply of new snow machines to the F.O.B. point in Sainte-Catherine, Québec for sealift transport to High Arctic communities in Nunavut. The specified vehicles must be delivered in time for the 2nd sailing in 2023 by the marine transport company identified in the documents, destined for the High Arctic communities. The required vehicle specifications are outlined in Appendix B. The required quantities are shown in Appendix C. Vendors should examine the documents carefully. Failure to complete any clause, answer any question, provide information as requested, and return the document may result in your offer being rejected as non-responsive. The QIA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in response to the Request for Tender (RFT). It is critical for the QIA that vehicles are sent to the communities during the 2023 sealift season.
