The subject repaving area, 7th Street South between 5th and 7th Avenues South is in a residential neighbourhood with limited existing drainage infrastructure and no sidewalks or curbing. Based on a Roads Condition Assessment completed in 2018, this roadway is a top candidate for pavement overlay or milling and repaving based on its current condition and its underlying road base structure. Proposals are requested for the work described below and as detailed in the appended information package.
