- While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR-s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below).
The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).
This RFP solicits proposal from qualified vendors for the comprehensive supply and installation of office furniture for the new Integrated Operations Center (IOC) which is being completed at the Aurum Road site, located at 2545 Aurum Road, Edmonton, Alberta (the “Project”). The Project encompasses the complete furnishing of a modern, functional operations center designed to support 24/7 monitoring and coordination activities. The Project is currently in design and is anticipated to be completed in Q3 2026.
The furniture layouts are as per the Level 3 Furniture Plan (created by GEC) dated July 4th 2025 and quantities of equipment required as part of this RFP is as per the Furniture List dated July 4th, 2025 both found in Schedule “D”.
