- EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Port Lands Flood Protection and Enabling Infrastructure Project (PLFPEI). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit proposals for Hollow Metal doors and frames for the project, located in the City of Toronto.This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: This subcontractor to adhere to all requirements in applicable specification sections: 09 30 13 - Tiling (full extent of spec requirements to be included, for kitchen/kitchenette wall tile locations only, separate pricing to be provided for all washroom locations) 09 65 16 - Resilient Flooring (full extent of spec requirements to be included) 09 30 13.10 - Heritage Granite Pavers (full extent of spec requirements to be included) This subcontractor to provide for all resilient flooring needs in accordance with the above noted specification, architectural plans, floor finishes plans, room elevations, and room finish schedule in the design documents provided. This subcontractor to review finished substrates, and provide for any need to grind down minor irregularities in the finished slab (Concrete subcontractor will finish slab as per CSA A23.1 Type B) prior to flooring installation.
