- The proponent must incur and bear all the necessary costs for the different phases of the project and subcontract all the specialists required in order to: The project consists of creating a catering room as well as two prayer rooms in order to meet the needs of the client. The consultant must prepare a feasibility report based on the plan sent by the client, as well as plans and specifications at stages 66%, 99% and for submission. It must also provide an estimate of the costs of the work, support the tender process for the contractor and ensure monitoring of the construction.A plan has been received from the client to understand their vision for the project.See documents G13 Work Instruction and G14 Proposed Plans for further details.Fire separations must be considered in the design, in accordance with the layout established by Technorm. See attachment G16 Technorm ICAO 2016. Update the Technorm report and plans, if required.
