This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide high pressure pumps (the “Goods”), material, labour, and control systems programming (the “Services”) as further described in Section A of Appendix C - RFSQ Particulars (the “Deliverables”).Prospective respondents may submit responses for the supply of the Deliverables to the University of Ottawa as further described in Appendix C - RFSQ Particulars and to qualify for invitation to one or more potential secondary processes (“Roster Competitions”) which may be issued by the University.
