Each Group will be Evaluated and Awarded Independently. Attached to This General Specification, is a Spreadsheet, which is a Summary that Provides Guidance on which Details Apply to Each Vehicle. 3. in Addition, the Bidder Must Complete a Separate Lease Submission for Each of the 16 Configurations, Based on One Vehicle of Each Configuration, Referencing which Configuration the Pricing Sheet Applies Too. 4. This is One Tender for All Vehicles - Only One Purchase Order will be Issued for All Vehicles. 5. Bidder Must Bid on All Vehicles. 6. the Evaluation will be Based on the Lowest Combined Cost of All Vehicles. 7. Only Fully Compliant Bids will be Accepted.
