Description:
This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for sanitary sewer upgrades on Railway Avenue.The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into negotiations and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a City of Nanaimo MOESS Contract.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
