Description:
The City of Nanaimo is requesting Bids from qualified landscape maintenance Contractors to provide landscape maintenance to:Water Facilities Department: Scheduled landscape maintenance services for various water pump stations and reservoirs; andPublic Works Department: ‘As and when” requested hardscape landscape maintenance services to medians, boulevards, traffic islands, round-a-bouts and cul-de-sacs.Further details are provided in Schedule A through Schedule A-2.

If awarded, the first term of the Agreement is for one (1) year commencing on or about April 15, 2025 to April 14, 2026, with four (4) one (1) year optional extensions.

An Optional In-Person Information Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025. For further details refer to Section 2.0, subsection 2.2 of the RFB No. 3916.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
