Description:
The City of Nanaimo on behalf of the Participating Agencies is looking for a qualified Supplier to Supply and Deliver Stationery and Related Products basis, using an online order placement/payment system with encrypted Purchasing Card payment capabilities. Each Participating Agency location will place individual orders on an ‘as per need- basis. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating a partnership between the Participating Agencies.
List of Participating Agencies in addition to the City of Nanaimo:Nanaimo-Ladysmith Public Schools - School District 68 Regional District of NanaimoVancouver Island Regional LibraryIf awarded, the term of the Contract is for five (5) years. Prices will be reviewed and negotiated on an annual basis.
