- *Pre-Qualification Required The Work generally comprises of: Part A: Development of 36 Street East of 40 Avenue The development of 36 Street east of 40 Avenue from 39 Avenue to 40 Avenue, intersection widening at 36 Street and 40 Avenue, walking trail construction, local storm sewer installation, and landscaping. Part B: 40 Avenue Upgrades The Work will include roadway widening along 40 Avenue north and south of the 41 Street intersection consisting of excavation to the design subgrade elevation, roadway embankment and ditch grading, followed by the supply and installation of granular base course, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt concrete pavement.
