- In accordance with Capital Regional District Procurement Policy, we hereby issue an "Request for Proposal " for Design Services, Contract No. 30.25.04-04. The Capital Regional District invites Proposals for the registered onsite wastewater practitioner, structural, and geotechnical engineering designand QA/QC construction services for the relocation of the Hartland Landfill Contractors Workshop. The design work shall include developing a new site, relocating an existing building, and constructing new building pad for the ContractorsWorkshop.
