- The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from qualified Proponents for the Roundabout (30 Street NE & 11 Avenue NE) project as described in the Scope of Services of the RFP. SCOPE OF WORK The Services can be briefly summarized as follows: Construction of a roundabout located in Salmon Arm at the intersection of 30 Street NE & 11 Avenue NE.
