Background: The PP&S Technology Ecosystem Roadmap was developed to provide strategic direction for creating an innovative and tech-driven workspace that enhances the experience of both ATB team members and clients. As part of this initiative, ATB assessed the current state of PP&S technologies, conducted workshops with various levels of PP&S leadership, and ran discovery sessions to understand pain points and opportunities across all PP&S teams. In addition, we carried out extensive market research and analysis , and provided recommendations to senior leadership which were approved in August, 2024. The Technology Ecosystem Strategy and its governance framework ensure that all technology decisions align with ATB-s enterprise goals and PP&S strategic objectives. This strategy establishes a transparent process for evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions in line with organizational priorities.
