- The University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) is intending to construct three (3) sets of elevated steel walkway platforms, adjoining existing structures in the process area of the bioenergy plant of the Prince George campus on the 3333 University Way - Prince George. To safely meet the periodic, routine and emergency maintenance needs on the elevated areas of Oxidizer, Gasifier, and Electrostatic Precipitator in the process area, the elevated walkway platforms project is being proposed to serve this need. Through this RFP, UNBC intends to select a firm to work with UNBC to provide the Scope of Services for the engineering design of the platforms. There is a non-mandatory site visit noted in the RFP.
