Description:
The City requires a qualified consulting firm to lead a multidisciplinary team for the design and delivery of Crescent Road improvements between 2nd and 3rd Street NW. The team will provide expertise that includes the disciplines of landscape architecture, engineering disciplines as required, andindigenous engagement. Improvements may include a plaza, seating, native plantings, viewpoints, a multi-use pathway, widened boulevard sidewalk, traffic calming, gates, and Indigenous commemoration. This project anticipates the following phases: • Phase 1 Design Development; • Phase 2 ConstructionProcurement Documentation and • Phase 3 Construction and Contract Administration. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for all Phases of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase. The pre-proposal/site meeting will be held: Date:April 15, 2025 Time: 9:00am (Calgary time) Location: Crescent Road and 2nd Street Please confirm attendance by completing and submitting the form provided in Ariba Content section 1.3.1.1, if participating in the meeting. Open to all interested proponents to attend. This meeting is notmandatory.
