The City selected Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. (JLL) as the City's Archibus supplier in 2016 under RFP 16-1514 and has continued utilizing the vendor for Archibus and OSIS product licensing, product support and professional services. The City of Calgary intends to maintain the relationship with JLL as The City's workplace management system and professional services provider. The City's Workplace Management System, using software Archibus and OSIS, is designed to provide visibility into the core facility operations that keep workplaces up and running reliably for real estate, infrastructure, building, and project data and is used by all employees.
