- The City of Calgary (The City) seeks information, and details from experienced technology vendors capable of providing a solution to replace the existing Calgary Rights-of-Way Management (CROWM) online portal and ePermits permitting system. The tool is to be scalable to incorporate additional permit types currently residing in ePermits. Both online portals are currently in use by the Rights of Way (ROW) Services sub-Division of the Mobility business unit. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information on available technologies for a future Rights-of-Way Services Integrated Portal (ROWSIP). Any information received as part of this RFI may be used to assist The City with developing a future competitive bid opportunity. No commitment exists under this RFI, and no award will be granted. A procurement strategy may be formed and may result in a future competitive bid opportunity.
