Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Office of the Assembly (the “Assembly”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Learning Management System (the “LMS”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The objective of the Assembly is to consolidate and streamline the employee training by implementing an enterprise cloud based LMS system. This LMS system will allow for integration of training programs from third party training systems to ensure consistency in delivering training programs. Prior to 2023, the Assembly had taken a decentralized approach to (employee / staff) training, where all divisions coordinated and managed their own training programs and platform. This decentralized approach limited the development needs of all the Assembly staff and created inconsistencies. Currently, the Legislative Protective Services (LPS) branch utilizes TrainCaster, a cloud-based learning management system. TrainCaster is integrated with Assembly-s Active Directory Service (ADS), enabling LPS users to access the platform using Single Sign-On (SSO).
