Audit Services
Summary Details:
The Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) is issuing an RFP to obtain Audit Services with respect to the financial statements of the School District for a three (3) year term. The School District will retain the option to extend the Service Agreement for up to three (3) additional years, in one-year increments, provided both parties agree to the renewal. Services will be required starting with the 2021-2022 fiscal year. The fiscal year of the School District is July 1 to June 30.
The Greater Victoria School District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. Proposals which contain qualifying conditions or otherwise fail to conform to the Request for Proposal documents may be rejected.
Any addenda will be posted on the BC Bid website. It is the Proponent's responsibility to monitor the website for any addenda posted up to and including closing time.
