Description:
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for renovations within an existing tenant space at the myFM Centre, the Youth Wellness Hub (YWHO), hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”. Summary of work: • New door and walls to create a new office within existing room. • Modifications to mechanical and electrical and data services to suit the new layout. • Eye wash station. • New millwork complete with new sink. • Clean-up of site and removal and disposal of all construction debris.
