- 2025/2026 Request for Quote (RFQ) for Diesel /Gasoline Supply Fuel Supply Term: February 28, 2025, to March 1, 2026 Diesel You are invited to supply a request for a quote for the supply of approximately 300,000 liters of diesel fuel at various locations throughout the R.M of Prince Albert (the majority to be delivered to the R.M. Municipal Centre) 50,000 L fuel tank. Gasoline RFQ for the supply of approximately 20,000 liters of gasoline through a card lock system. Specifications Must have card lock access within Prince Albert city limits. Fuel delivery is to be made within twenty-four (24) hours of order. Fuel to be delivered during business hours Monday to Friday from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Must have a tattle system or equivalent for quantity notifications (RM accessible). All personnel must report to the office upon arrival. PPE required on site (csa approved boots vest and hard hat). Council reserves the right to accept or reject any Request for Quotes RFQ-s will be opened and reviewed at the Regular Meeting of Council on February 13th, 2025. RFQ rates quoted are to remain constant throughout the fuel supply term.
